The OK series is designed and manufactured using materials and technical solutions that provide outstanding durability and robustness. It is suitable for operation in harsh environments and under severe thermal constraints. Thanks to its high resistance to shocks and vibrations, it is particularly well suited for seismic environments.
It features a patented mechanism ensuring a mechanical lifetime of over 100,000,000 operations.
Available with a magnetic blowout option (OKS) or with a large contact gap (OKSGcCd), the OK series guarantees efficient DC load breaking and withstands impulse voltages of up to 5 kV between open contacts. The OK B 184 version is K3 qualified.
Its excellent electrical and mechanical performance makes it suitable for use in the most demanding sectors, such as control and signaling functions in nuclear power plants, electrical substations, railway transportation, and continuous-process industries.
