The OKBA series plug-in relays (4 changeover contacts) are designed and built with materials and solutions that provide excellent endurance and robustness specifications:
- Suitable for use in harsh working environments and when subjected to severe thermal shocks.
The excellent electrical and mechanical performance of these relays allows them to be used in the most demanding mains, such as:
- Control and signalling functions in power stations
- High and medium voltage substations
- Rail transport
- Industries with continuous production processes.
Highly effective for switching DC loads and ensuring high resistance to surge (5 kV) between open contacts. The contacts are mounted on individual, independent blades designed to guarantee high-pressure values (in the order of 0.8 to 1 N). The contact is sliding and, by design, self-cleaning.
