RDT.15/16 relays are time-delay devices on dropout, equipped with a capacitor wired in parallel with the coil. These relays do not require an auxiliary power supply during the delay interval. The delay time is fixed (factory-set) on the RDT15. The delay time of the RDT.16 is adjustable from 0.1 to 6 seconds. Equipped with knurled contacts providing low contact resistance thanks to multiple electrical contact points:

- Extended electrical life of the relay

- Excellent performance for highly inductive DC loads and for very low loads, such as interface signals.

- Optional magnetic blow-out for higher interruption capacity.
